Mozambique's National Meteorological Institute (INAM) warned this Monday (03) that a moderate tropical storm called "Faida" will hit the country as of Wednesday (05).
The phenomenon, according to INAM, will enter the Mozambique Channel and move towards the country's coastal zone. "It is currently in Madagascar, having evolved from a Tropical Depression to a Moderate Tropical Storm," says the agency.
In the meantime, due to the bad weather forecast, INAM urges the population to continue to follow the weather information and warnings issued by the competent national authorities.
