Forty Chinese gambling machines were incinerated by the National Inspectorate of Economic Activities in Nampula for illegal operation and attracting minors to the games.

This is one of the results of INAE's campaign, which began in the first half of the year and aims to collect this type of machine from alcoholic beverage establishments.

INAE's aim is to discourage the practice of illegal activity and has therefore decreed "zero tolerance" for attempts to reintroduce the machines onto the market.

The INAE raids took place in the Namicopo, Muatala, Mutauanha, Namutequeliua and Natikiri neighborhoods.
