Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa, S.A (HCB) took part from 25 to 30 August in Paris, France, in the "Cigre Paris Session 2024" conference, organized by CIGRE, of which HCB is a member.
The event discussed issues surrounding the energy transition, reliability and resilience of electricity systems.
According to a statement sent to MZNews, at this conference HCB, in collaboration with SAPP - Southern Africa Power Pool, shared its experience in the workshop Large Disturbance, where he presented an event that took place on the network on September 26, 2022.
The 50th edition of the Paris 2024 Session brought together more than 4,000 participants, including innovators, sector experts, power plant operators and others, and contributed to knowledge sharing and networking in the electricity sector.
