Even though the release remains in early December, it is already possible to play the next game in the 'Halo' series online.
At the event celebrating 20 years of Xbox, Microsoft took the opportunity to announce to 'Halo' fans that they can now start playing online multiplayer. Even though the release of the next game in the series, 'Halo Infinite', keeps its release date for December 8.
As far as Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC players are concerned, they can now play 'Halo Infinite' online mode together for free. At this stage, players will have access to all the features and maps from the first season of the game.
Some technical difficulties were reported by some players during the first few hours in which the online mode of 'Halo Infinite' was available, but all seems to be behind us now.
