The Prime Minister guarantees that the government is working to strengthen measures aimed at eliminating the detour of medicines from the National Health System.

Quoted by Rádio Moçambique, Adriano Maleiane, who was speaking in the city of Pemba, said he recognized that some health units in the country have been lacking drugs because of financial resources, but the biggest problem may be related to theft.

Maleiane stressed that the fight against the detour of medicines in the country's hospitals cannot only be the government's mission, but also that of the population, which needs to get involved in order to put an end to the evil.
