The chairman of the Board of Directors of the Road Fund, Ângelo Macuácua, said last week that the government is mobilizing funds to repair three roads in Inhambane province, southern Mozambique..
These are the Lindela - Inhambane city, Inhassoro - N1 and Maxixe - Homoíne roads, which are in disrepair.
"Work is underway along the N1 to improve accessibility from Pambarra to the Save River and from Chissibuca to Lindela. The works underway on the N1 are the result of toll revenues," said Ângelo Macuácua, quoted in a publication by the Radio Mozambique.
The province of Inhambane, with four tolls, collects an average of 40 million meticais a month.
