The Council of Ministers held its 20th Ordinary Session in Maputo this Tuesday. At the session, the government considered and approved the resolution ratifying Mozambique's membership of the African Trade Insurance Agency.

According to the Council of Ministers' press release, the Africa Trade Insurance Agency, as the Trade Insurance provider for the African Continent, offers different types of Insurance, namely Trade Political Risk Insurance; Comprehensive Trade Political Risk; Foreign Direct Investment Insurance; Project Loan Cover; Movable Assets Cover; Unfair Call on Securities and Standby Letters of Credit; and Credit Insurance Cover.

Also at yesterday's session (Tuesday), the Council of Ministers considered information on the terms of reference for the 58th edition of FACIM 2023, to be held from August 28 to September 3, 2023.
