The Secretary of State for Technical Vocational Education, Mety Gondola, says that the government is investing in specialized training for trainers and in upgrading infrastructures so that teaching is geared towards skills and know-how.
To this end, the technical education subsystem is carrying out actions to train trainers and retrain some institutes.
For example, according to RM, the sector already has 950 grants available for specialty training for trainers.
"All this investment is to improve our quality, to have our young people trained and able to respond to all the challenges they encounter on the market. Our electricians who come out of this system should be a guarantee of quality on the market wherever they are," he said.
The Secretary of State for Professional Technical Education, Mety Gondola, was speaking this Saturday in Quelimane, Zambezia, at the ceremony to hand out four hundred and eighty-two certificates to graduates.
