Geny Catamo enters the list of Africa's 100 most valuable players

Mozambican international Geny Catamo, who plays for Sporting Clube de Portugal, is in the top-100 most valuable African players, according to global transfer website Transfermarkt.

According to a publication in the newspaper "The Country"Geny Catamo is currently the 66th most valuable African player, with a transfer fee of 15 million euros, but a termination clause with Sporting of around 60 million euros.

In a list led by Omar Marmosh, from Egypt, with a market value of 75 million euros, followed by Viktor Osimhen, from Nigeria, valued at 70 million euros, the second highest-ranked Mozambican is Reinildo Mandava, who appears in position 155, with his ticket valued at 8 million euros.

Beto, Guinea-Bissau's spearhead, is the most valuable player from the PALOPs, with his ticket valued at 20 million euros. Earling Haaland and Vinícios Júnior are the most valuable players in the world with their registrations valued at 200 million euros.
