In the space of a month, nine people from Gaza province were brutally murdered, and there were cases of genitals being removed.

According to a report in the newspaper "O País", the most recent case was the murder of a 39-year-old collector, followed by the removal of his organs, in the so-called "promised land" of Xai-xai.

"Let these idle plots of land, which have been hiding places for evildoers, be parcelled out. Today we have this death. We don't know if they murdered him here or just came to leave his body," said a source quoted in the publication.

According to the publication, the victim was kidnapped on May 25 at the "Madagascar" stop, killed and had his genitals removed.

Other districts that have been the scene of these crime waves are Bilene, Chokwe and Limpopo.

Sources confirm that men with machetes are suspected of robbing, assaulting and killing men and women. The case has exacerbated the fear and panic among residents.

Meanwhile, the PRM spokesman in Gaza says that investigations are underway and asks for the public's cooperation in clarifying the cases.
