Natural gas is already influencing the economy

The Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) exploration project in the Rovuma Basin is estimated to have contributed 6.5% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth.

The information was provided recently in Maputo by Giorgio Vicini, Eni's representative in Mozambique, quoted by Notícias.

This percentage, according to the source, represents a significant contribution to the economy, placing the project as a benchmark in the global gas industry, as well as a milestone in the development of future projects in the sector.
