The Prime Minister, Adriano Maleiane, said that most of the civil servants are already returning to the northern districts of Cabo Delgado province once affected by terrorism.
This recovery comes thanks to the improved security situation resulting from the combined intervention of the armed forces of Mozambique, Rwanda, and SADC.
Maleiane, who was speaking this Wednesday in the Assembly of the Republic in the Government's information session, stressed that basic social services are being restored, namely Health, Education, Water Supply and Electricity.
He added that despite the challenges prevailing in some regions, overall the fight against terrorism is making good progress, and the priority is to rebuild damaged infrastructure.
