A paralysis in the South African immigration and customs clearance system generated, yesterday morning and early afternoon, long lines of people and vehicles, on both sides of the border of Ressano Garcia, in Maputo province.
On the Mozambican side, the line of vehicles started at KM-4, while at the Lebombo border, in South Africa, it stretched for more than 10 kilometers.
The spokesman for the National Migration Service (SENAMI) in Maputo province, Juca Mário, said that the paralysis has compromised the entry and exit of travelers from one side of the border to the other. (Notícias)
