Six quick and privileged service counters for miners will be open in the next few days, when around 30,000 miners are expected to cross the border at Ressano Garcia, in Maputo province.
The spokesman for Migration, Juca Bata, said that there will be three counters available for understanding entries to the country and the same number for exits.
The facility will run until January 12, when the joint operation "Tsakane" will come to an end.
It is known that recently, the police, one of the entities involved in the "Tsakane" operation, announced a reduction in the number of mobile checkpoints, better known as "road blocks", along national roads, without, however, neglecting enforcement actions and the prevention of traffic accidents, with a view to facilitating the movement of people and goods.
