President Nyusi's speech was called the inaugural class, and as such, he made a point of leaving some lessons. In fact, "some positive messages" that, according to him, respond to a party command for its leaders to be of excellence.

To begin with, he made it clear that members elected to office must do so in the knowledge that they are not from the organizations they have been entrusted to lead, explaining that they are, rather, from Frelimo as a whole.

In this vein, Nysui wants leaders who build the party without ego, drawing attention to those members who use this political formation to satisfy personal rather than collective interests.

"We don't want proud and complicated people who only show up when it's time to harvest," he warned.

On the other hand, he directed the leaders to reveal their sense of mission "because victory only comes when leaders permanently present this quality", appealing to them to stimulate the progress of this political formation with tangible objectives to achieve results.

"In these internal elections that are underway, it is necessary to consider that the right people should embark and the wrong ones disembark," Filipe Nyusi appealed quoted by the newspaper Notícias, asking afterwards that there be no manipulation during this process.
