More than 260 exhibitors from Portuguese-speaking countries will take part in three exhibitions centered on the Sino-Lusophone platform between the 19th and 22nd of this month.
According to a statement issued by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the Portuguese-speaking exhibitors present cover industries such as cutting-edge technology, modern finance, tourism, cultural creativity, food and beverages, among others.
Of those, 76 exhibitors are from Brazil, which has the highest number of exhibitors, brands and delegations compared to all previous editions of the China-Portuguese Speaking Countries Economic and Trade Exhibition (C-PLPEX), he added in a statement, quoted by Lusa.
The three exhibitions, the 1st C-PLPEX, the 28th Macau International Fair (MIF) and the Macau Franchise Exhibition (2023MFE), to be held simultaneously, will "focus on the Sino-Lusophone platform, the development of industrial diversification" in the territory and regional cooperation, he said.
The aim of the three exhibitions is to continue to help companies connect with the international market and play the role of Macau's platform, attracting exhibitors from 15 countries and regions.
The industries involved include 'big health', cutting-edge technology, modern finance, culture and creativity, integrated tourism, trade and retail, food production, cross-border e-commerce, energy conservation and environmental protection, among others.
