On Monday (11), the management of Samora Moisés Machel Secondary School, in the Chimoio district of Manica, expelled four pupils (one from grade 10, one girl from grade 11 and two from grade 12) caught by the National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) consuming and trafficking cannabis sativa on school grounds.
The school also decided to suspend for a period of 15 days the same number of students caught in that SERNIC operation, which took place on March 8 this year.
According to a statement from the school to which we have had access, the act carried out by the students violates the institution's internal code.
