The President of the Assembly of the Republic, Esperança Bias, will take part tomorrow in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa, in the extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the SADC Parliamentary Forum (FP-SADC) and the presidents of the member parliaments of that regional organization.

The meeting, according to a document from the organization, aims to discuss and propose solutions to resolve the leadership crisis in the Pan-African Parliament (PPA).

The President of the Assembly of the Republic is accompanied by Aires Aly, who is vice-president of the Southern Africa Group in the Pan-African Parliament.
