The company Aeroportos de Moçambique (ADM) is launching a public tender to hire a specialized firm to modernize the management process of all cargo terminals in the country.
The modernization aims to respond to the current dynamics of the country's air market and is taking place in a context in which the freight rates practiced in the domestic market are seen as an impediment to competitiveness in the country.
An ADM source quoted by Notícias argued that in order to promote the desired competitiveness in this sector, it is necessary to create incentives for producers to use air cargo services as a means of transporting their products.
