The entrepreneur and social activist Yassin Amuji launches his first book "Empreender Transformar", this Friday, from 15h, at the Maxaquene pavilion, in downtown Maputo.
The work is a wealth of innovative ideas based on experiences throughout the author's business career, which, as he told MZNews, "had already been shared on my social networks.
"Empreender Transformar" sets out to be a guide to success for those (beginners) who want to embark on the world of entrepreneurship and become successful entrepreneurs.
"Naturally, this takes time, dedication, effort and honesty, above all," Yassin assumes, warning that "young people need to think about the future and stay away from habits that are harmful to development."
And, the book, according to the author, helps young people to have a broader vision of what a business is and how it is possible to make money without a penny in your pocket, because "all it takes is an idea.
"A young person, for example, can become an intermediary for services that already exist in a sector, and by promoting them get their share," and when they already have money "they should formalize the business with ambitions to grow, to get out of their comfort zone and stabilize themselves in the market," Yassin Amuji explained.
"It all depends on the focus"
In all this, according to Yassin, the joint venture may be the best strategy to achieve success.
"You have to share ideas, because you can't do everything by yourself, and maybe that young person can be part of the other's project or even become a partner," he said.
Before getting to the chapter on ten "start-up" business ideas, the book "Entrepreneur Transform" first gives a kind of lessons on coaching.
"It's important to drink the content of the book so that when you get to the ten ideas you already have a sense of how you can start and go through the whole harvesting process and get to the end successfully to implement those ideas," Yassin explained.
The idea of sharing ideas
Yassin Amuji revealed that the challenge of translating the ideas he shared on his social pages into a book was proposed to him by family, friends, and followers, primarily to make known the trick of the success he achieved while leading Vilankulo Futebol Clube.
"So I turned to my articles and videos on the digital platforms where I share business and motivational opportunities and ideas and grouped them together," Yassin recounted.
About a year and a half ago the author of "Empreender Transformar" released "Six Ideas for Entrepreneurship in Tourism", some of which reveal encouraging results in the lives of young people in Vilankulo, and are also part of the book.
"Entrepreneur Transform" is about 120 pages long, divided into five chapters. And it is no wonder that the young man who cares so much about helping young people chose to release the book without the signature of a renowned publisher. He could do it, but he decided to support dynamic and ambitious young people, just to show that things are possible, "as long as we combine desire and action".
"It all depends on focus," said Yassin Amuji.
