Hospital equipment theft ring dismantled

The National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) has dismantled an alleged network of employees who stole hospital supplies and other goods from Inhambane Provincial Hospital.

In addition to computers, according to Rádio Moçambique, the group is accused of stealing important material for the hospital's operation.

The alleged thieves had been wanted for three years, when the wave of robberies began at the largest health facility in that southern province.
