Daniel Chapo exige digitalização do Ministério das Finanças

The President of the Republic (PR), Daniel Chapo, today urged the Ministry of Finance to speed up digital reforms in order to better serve the State.

"The finance sector must continue to implement digital reforms to improve transparency and make the services provided more flexible. In fact, the world is moving towards digitalization, which is why finance and other sectors of the state must not be left on the sidelines of this revolution," stressed Chapo during his visit to the Ministry.

The Head of State was briefed on the workings of the Public Procurement Supervision, Asset Management Office, Planning and Budget and Asset Management Office.

Also today, the PR visited the Mozambican Tax Authority (AT) and demanded speed and sensitivity in paying the debts owed to the state's suppliers, as well as the availability of financial resources to enable the state to carry out its activities. (Source: News)
