After the hearing of the defendant and the four declarants, the judge scheduled the reading of the sentence for September 27.

The defendant says he committed the crime in exchange for 50,000 meticais. According to the accused, Anabela Sitoe allegedly bought him drinks and instigated him to take the journalist's life and steal his computer.

Anabela Sitoe is the wife of the owner of the establishment where Chamusse was hanging out with friends near his home.
