Bugatti has officially presented to the public its race car, designated as 'Le Bolide'.. The vehicle costs four million euros, has a 1,824-horsepower engine, and reaches 100 kilometers in just 2.17 seconds, reports the newspaper "El Economista" this Sunday, August 15.

The vehicle was christened 'Le bolide', which means 'racing car' in French began to be envisioned during 'Quail Motorsports' in California in 2020, a convention where motoring enthusiasts gather.

In 2020, this vehicle was first presented as an experimental hypercar concept, but until now it had not been made available to customers. After the event, Bugatti was invited by a large number of motoring enthusiasts to develop this experimental race car as a commercial vehicle.

The 'Le Bolide' is also equipped with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and four-wheel drive and has a weight of 1,450 kilograms. "We decided to make some race cars to give 40 customers the opportunity to experience this amazing vehicle," notes Bugatti President Stephan Winkelmann.
