Through his social networks, former President Jair Bolsonaro called on Monday (12) for a "peaceful" demonstration on February 25 on Paulista Avenue in São Paulo.

"Don't come with any banners or posters against anyone. At this event, I want to defend myself against all the accusations that have been leveled against me in recent months," said the former President, as quoted by the local press.

Last week, the Federal Police carried out an operation called "Tempus Veritatis", which targeted the hard core of Bolsonaro, accused of planning a coup against democracy and the 2022 elections.
