Today, April 29th, the National Investment Bank (BNI) launched a 950 million meticais "Women's Fund" credit line in Vila Ilha dos Amores, in Maputo City.

Under the slogan "BNI, empowering women who lead", the initiative will cover sectors such as agriculture, poultry, agro-processing, commerce and service and tourism.

The fund aims, among other things, not only to stimulate female entrepreneurship and its contribution to national economic and social growth, but also to encourage the participation of women in production activities and promote access to funding for projects aimed at promoting women and having a socio-economic impact.
