On Friday (10), in Maputo and Zambézia, a ceremony was held to symbolically hand over prizes to the first winners of the "Habilita-te a ganhar tako todo o ano" incentive campaign for the Domiciliation of Wages and Transactionality, an initiative by Banco Comercial e de Investimentos (BCI) that reinforces its commitment to promoting financial inclusion and rewarding the loyalty of its customers.
Launched on July 1, 2025 and scheduled to end in July 2026, the campaign includes six bimonthly draws, with a total of 30 winners. Each winner will receive 10,000 meticais a month for 12 months, with no distinction between positions.
The first draw, held in September, marked the start of this prize day, recognizing five winning customers who, by depositing their salary with BCI and regularly using the e-Daki channels (BCI Cards, eBanking, APP and *134#), were automatically eligible for the draw.
During the ceremony, BCI's Deputy Central Director, Gerónimo Massolonga, spoke words of appreciation and encouragement to the winners in Maputo City, saying: "Today we are celebrating not just the first winners, but all our customers who trust BCI as a partner in their daily lives. This campaign is a tribute to the close relationship we cultivate with each customer, and an incentive to use our digital channels, which make the banking experience simpler, safer and more modern."
In the city of Quelimane, Zambezia province, the Regional Commercial Director, Dias Maperra, said that "with this initiative, BCI is renewing its commitment to continue creating opportunities and innovative solutions that reward the trust of our customers, contributing to an increasingly dynamic, digital and inclusive financial system".
Visibly moved, the winners shared their satisfaction and gratitude, revealing the surprise with which they received the news of their victory. They stressed that the value of the prize represents significant help for their families and personal projects, reinforcing the feeling of trust and appreciation in their relationship with BCI.
The ceremony ended in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and sharing, reaffirming the spirit of proximity and customer appreciation that characterizes BCI.
