Authorities defend the introduction of labor arbitration to mitigate conflicts in mega-projects

The Justice and Labor sector, in Tete, considers the introduction of labor arbitration in the province to be opportune, on a pilot basis, to mitigate possible labor conflicts in the mega-projects.

The dynamic undertaken by the province's business sector in recent times due to the mega-projects of natural resource extraction, is another indicator that favors the claim.

According to Rádio Moçambique, the will was expressed, this Monday, in Tete city, by the director of the provincial service of Justice and Labor in that region of the country, in a seminar allusive to the twelfth anniversary of the Labor Mediation and Arbitration Center (CEMAL).
