The Administrator of Namacurra, in Zambezia, urges the shareholders of the Macuse cement plant construction project to draw up a plan to mitigate possible environmental damage.
According to Moura Xavier, who was speaking this Friday, the output of the second public consultation aiming at the viability of the project for the construction of the cement factory in the Borror district, at the headquarters of the administrative post of Macuse.
The Macuse cement plant construction project is valued at 960 million meticais, of Chinese capital, and will have the capacity to produce about 200 thousand tons of cement per year.
