This week, the police of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM), in Maputo city, seized the "Povo no Poder" wristband in memory of the musician Azagaia.
According to Moz Massoko News, the statue is being held at Matchiki-Tchiki police station, on the outskirts of Maputo.
After young people made a homemade statue with the fist "Povo no Poder" (People in Power) to eternalize the musician Azagaia, it mysteriously disappeared. Initially, it was suspected that it had been destroyed, but it was later discovered that it was in the possession of the police.
It is unclear why the police officers arrested the Fist.
