Under the slogan "CSR in Mozambique: Creating Value through Sustainable Collaboration", CSR MOZ 2023 is the only corporate and social responsibility event to be held on December 6-7 at the Polana Hotel in Maputo.

The conference aims to unite policymakers, procurement authorities, development finance institutions, infra investors, private sector players and other stakeholders committed to ethical business, sustainable social and environmental impact.

The event is supported by government authorities and social organizations in Mozambique. Mozambique has been impacted by several large-scale events in the last five years and natural hazards continue to pose significant humanitarian and sustainability challenges.

CSR MOZ 2023 aims to bring together key institutional partners and industry representatives to assess the evolution of corporate and social responsibility in Mozambique and explore best practices and CSR initiatives. Over the two days, the main topics for discussion include issues such as: What constitutes an effective CSR lifecycle?

-Maintaining sustainability investments during economic uncertainty: what can the private sector, NGOs and the government learn from each other in relation to CSR projects?

In addition to shedding light on the CSR scenario in Mozambique, the event offers a meaningful forum for networking and analyzing the prevailing challenges in implementing CSR strategies, as well as an opportunity to participate in case studies and guest presentations from other developing countries.
