Of the thirteen people who lost their lives at the scene of the accident, three were women, seven men and three children.
The injured, ranging from light to serious, were transported to Nampula Central Hospital, where they are receiving specialized care, while others are at Alto Molócue District Hospital, according to information provided by Rádio Moçambique.
The district health director of Alto Molócue, Mauricio Pene, who gave an update on the state of the patients, said that as of yesterday four injured people were still in hospital.
It is also known that the 13 bodies were evacuated to the morgue of the Alto Molócue District Hospital.
