Access Bank Mozambique is considered, for the second consecutive time, the Best Digital Bank in Mozambique, Best Digital Bank - Mozambique 2022.

The distinction is made by the renowned International Finance Award magazine that recognizes the quality of services that Access provides to its customers on the various digital platforms that include Internet banking, Mobile Banking, Cards, and USSD.

Weighing for the nomination of Access Bank this year was the fact that in February, the Bank was the first to introduce the Contactless technology in Mozambique, enabling its customers to have cards that do not require the introduction of Pin codes in small transactions. The innovation ensures greater security and flexibility in the acquisition of products and services.

Still in the digital sphere, Access Bank has teamed up with Mpesa to provide quick and easy loans to customers who move money through their cell phones. The loans, which vary according to the capacity of each client, are granted in just under a minute through USSD technology.

According to the Managing Director of Access Bank Mozambique, Marco Abalroado, this distinction shows once again that Access Bank is a bank whose growth is directly linked to quality.

Besides being considered the Best Digital Bank in Mozambique, Access Bank also received the distinction of Most Innovative Retail Bank Mozambique - Mozambique 2022, a recognition that comes as a result of the bank's efforts to serve all social segments, with emphasis on women in their various positions.

Card and Women's Savings, Access Bank trains and empowers women entrepreneurs through Pitch-A-Ton. A project aimed at empowering Small and Medium Enterprises owned by Mozambican women by equipping them with financial and business skills so that they can grow their enterprises.
