The Renamo delegate in Nampula province is being pursued by the National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) for having attacked the honor and good name of the President of the Republic.

In a video circulating on social media, Abá accuses Filipe Nyusi and Luis Giquira, the Mayor of Nampula City, of being dealers in hard drugs consumed in the country.

"I'm not lying. Nyusi himself, today, is a major drug trafficker in the city of Maputo. 'Giquirito' himself is the head of the drug trade here in the city of Nampula," said Abiba Abá, at a public rally. Once the evidence of an attack on the honor of the President of the Republic has been gathered, Abiba Abá should be heard by SERNIC.

Abiba Abá was elected head of the Renamo party list to run for Governor of Nampula province. As well as being Renamo's provincial delegate in Nampula, she is a member of the Assembly of the Republic and serves as president of the 9th Commission, and therefore enjoys a special forum.
