Filho de Albino Forquilha é vice- da Comissão de Petições da AR

MP Forquilha Albino Forquilha, son of the president of the Optimist Party for the Development of Mozambique (PODEMOS), Albino Forquilha, as well as being the youngest (22 years old) in the Assembly of the Republic (AR), is now the vice-chairman of the Petitions, Complaints and Claims Commission.

This Commission is responsible for dealing with complaints and petitions from citizens and public and private institutions when their rights are violated by the regime.

He was elected last week, February 13, during a session that elected the members of the RA's nine commissions. Forquilha is accompanied by Valter Paulo Mabjaia, who is the President of the Commission and also a member of PODEMOS.

It should be remembered that the President of PODEMOS, Albino Forquilha, was publicly accused by Venâncio Mondlane of betraying the cause of the people during the demonstrations.

In addition, the Center for Democracy and Human Rights accused him of having received bribes of 219 million dollars to abandon the fight for electoral truth and accept the 43 seats in the RA.
