A group of protesters invaded the headquarters of the National Institute for Disaster Risk Management (INGD) yesterday (07), vandalizing vehicles and various computer equipment.
According to a Sunday newspaperThe group toured most of the institution's 64 offices, also seizing satellite phones normally used during times of emergency due to natural disasters.
A source at the institution, quoted by the same publication, says that hygiene kits, shelter kits, emergency committee readiness kits and various building materials have gone missing.
