According to the president of the OAM provincial council in Nampula, Isidro Júnior, the work is being carried out in coordination with other bodies in the administration of justice, with the aim of improving the performance of these professionals.

Cited by Radio MozambiqueIsidro Júnior, stressed that "the challenge for the organization is to have quality justice to serve the citizens".

"In recent times, a number of bogus, corrupt and swindling lawyers' offices have been closed down in the province," added Isidro Júnior, speaking on the occasion of the opening of the week commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Bar Association, which will be celebrated next Saturday.

The source explained that in connection with these celebrations, the OAM in Nampula will be promoting various activities, including lectures, debates, a justice caravan to promote free legal assistance to disadvantaged citizens, as well as a Gala.
