The national soccer coach, Chiquinho Conde, has released the MAMBAS shortlist for the start of preparations for the Ivorian CAN, which will take place between January and February next year.
Among those called up, the highlights are the return of Reinildo Mandava, who has recovered from injury, Geny Catamo from Sporting de Portugal, Luís Miquissone, who plays for Simba in Tanzania.
According to Olho Clínico Mz, the preparation work will be divided into two phases, with the first taking place on home soil from December 11 to 22 and involving only players from domestic clubs.
The second and decisive event is due to take place abroad, in Côte d'Ivoire in principle, where the competition will be held, and should include the athletes who will be part of the final squad.
