TVCABO was recognized for its excellence in the Employee Value Proposition, standing out in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Career and Work Environment.

This distinction was awarded by Tempus Global Group, a multinational company working in the Human Resources (HR) field, which has been carrying out important research work in Mozambique, documenting useful information about HR in the country. In 2021, the company carried out the first National Survey on Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management in Mozambique.

The consultants identified a starting point for the creation of measurable data in four fundamental pillars of research: Remuneration and Benefits, Career, Work Environment and Culture.

As a result of this research, the company created the Elite Employer program, designed to recognize and publicize the companies that stand out most in Mozambique as a great place to work.

The study involved 140 organizations from the public (4%), private (72%) and non-governmental (24%) sectors, based in most of the country's provinces, with particular emphasis on the provinces of Maputo, Sofala, Inhambane and Tete. Of the 140 participating organizations, only 45 qualified for Elite Employer.

The results of this study show that TVCABO leads in the areas of Compensation and Benefits (with 28 points), Career (with 15 points) and Work Environment (with 8.8 points), scoring above the national average, as well as the averages of the other comparison groups, such as the private sector (to which it belongs), non-governmental organizations, as well as the telecommunications and technology sector.
