WhatsApp is currently rolling out a new beta version for Android devices that adds the ability to make voice calls on smart watches with Wear OS 3 installed.

According to the website Gadgets360 quoted by Notícias ao Minuto, this operating system is present in Samsung's Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5, which means that the two watches will allow users to make voice calls through WhatsApp.

Since the feature is still in beta, users of these watches with WhatsApp can't try it out yet, and the release in the final version of the messaging app shouldn't be too far away.
