The President of Maputo City Council, Eneas Comiche, leads tomorrow the opening ceremony of the 10th Annual Meeting of Health and Social Action, a meeting that aims to coordinate, plan and evaluate the state of health and social condition of the residents of the country's capital.

The event also seeks to assess the degree of compliance with the recommendations of the previous meeting as well as review the progress made in the implementation of the 2019-2023 Municipal Development Plan.

According to a statement from the Maputo municipality, the meeting will be marked by the annual balance of activities, comparison of different health indicators, sharing of best practices, presentation of informative topics and awards for the best employees and district management.

The meeting takes place in articulation with the strategic cooperation partners, members of the Maputo city health services, hospital directors, among others.
