Government launches today a project to improve learning

Governo lança hoje projecto de melhoria de aprendizagem

About 100,000 children, aged between 10 and 19, will see their learning results improved by 2026 according to the goal of the "She Belongs in School" project to be launched today in Lichinga by the Deputy Minister of Education and Human Development (MINEDH), Manuel Bazo.

This is a Save the Children project funded by the government of Canada in partnership with the MINEDH for an amount of 29.6 million Canadian dollars in this first phase that will cover the provinces of Nampula and Niassa.

The initiative focuses on developing actions aimed at empowering girls and providing safe learning environments.
