Twitter has just launched a new feature that allows automatic captioning of any video uploaded to the platform.
The subtitles will appear automatically whenever the user tries to watch a video without sound, but the user can also set that they want to keep them active, even when the volume is turned up.
According to the app, this new feature is only valid for videos uploaded from now on. To that end, the feature will be available to those who use the platform from the browser, from a device with Android or with iOS, the iPhone's operating system.
However, automatic captions for videos without sound are a feature that will appear to anyone using the service from their cell phone, and the option to keep or change them must be made in the smartphone's accessibility settings.
